If I was to go out and buy something entirely for myself, I may be tempted to look to Lulu Guinness..
Some of her wonderful pieces have now turned into collectibles.
Where Vreeland is arbitrary and elitist, Lulu is inclusive and humane: “Money does not equal style.” “You CAN be too rich or too thin.”
